Terms and conditions
To guarantee your reservation, we ask for your credit card information. No amount will be charged; the payment is made directly at the front desk.
In case of absence after 6pm and if the reservation was not made by credit card, the reservation is considered cancelled.
Promotions cannot be combined, are subject to availability and can change without notice.
Arrival time: from 3pm, it is advised to notify your time of arrival, especially if this one is late.
Departure: 12pm
Reservations must be confirmed by letter, fax, e-mail or guaranteed by credit card. Cancelations follow the same policy.
Any confirmed or guaranteed reservation (not cancelled 24 hours prior) will be billed to the customer of the room.
All rates are in Euros, including VAT and service, and may be revised without notice.
