Atmosphere and cuisine
The restaurant of MULLER Wellness & Spa Hotel welcomes you to its gourmet restaurant in Niederbronn-les-Bains. Not far from Strasbourg and Haguenau, the restaurant cuisine is inspired by Alsatian tradition.
On the menu or a la carte, you will find stews accompanied by spaetzle, vol-au-vent, terrines Marc de Gewurtz… So many flavors highlighted by dishes made exclusively from fresh and local products. This specificity earned the restaurant the label “Maître Restaurateur”.

Chef Pierre Muller shares his passion for huntingwild game through cooking.
“A la carte”, gourmets will find exquisite meals, such as Noisette of deer (from our forests) with mushrooms and its assorted Knepfle.
Whether it is through his cooked wild game or the local specialities, Pierre Muller strives to always work with fresh and seasonal products. And for the enchantment of gourmets, everything is “home-made”.

The Muller restaurant of Niederbronn-les-Bains is open every day except on Sunday evening, from 12 to 1:45 pm and from 7 to 9 pm.
It has 5 dining rooms, 3 of which are air-conditioned, a brasserie and a terrace, with an overall capacity of 160 guests (booking advised).
Each week, discover our menus changing according to seasons and regional products. Different menus, gourmet and traditional, are honoring regional products. Two children’s menus are available.

Functions and family events
In Niederbronn-les-Bains, next to Haguenau, in the lower rhine, the Muller Hotel & Spa Hotel welcomes for decades numerous family and private events; Gatherings that, year after year, made our reputation.
Baptisms, birthdays, communions, Christmas season events, family reunions, banquets and functions, many occasions to celebrate in our gourmet restaurant. This can indeed be fully privatized. Also, different dining rooms that can accommodate 10 to 80 people are available.
We help you organize your event from start to finish and offer you tailor-made services. Mr and Mrs Muller help you choose your menu while respecting your budget (please call ahead for an appointment).
Banquet and Catering Menus
For your feasts in Alsace, our establishement proposes specific themed menus conceived to please 10 to 100 people. We submit several proposals, at different price range. According to your budget, we help you concoct your own menu.
Our restaurant also offers a catering menu for your gatherings. Choose a menu and change it according to your budget and desire: We will then deliver it at your home.
